Triple Creek is a small-scale hunting operation with emphasis on quality and individual attention. Owned and managed by Jim and Jolene Freeburn, satisfied customers have been hunting with Freeburns and Triple Creek since 1988. With a picturesque headquarters nestled on the banks of the Laramie River, the Freeburn property is home to a diversity of wildlife including mule deer, whitetails, wild turkey, waterfowl and much more.
Operating on numerous leased ranches in southeast Wyoming as well as federal permits from the BLM and U.S. Forest Service, hunt packages are available in varied ecotypes and packages can be tailored to the desires of the customer.
Triple Creek has hunts for mule deer, whitetails, antelope and elk as well as a variety of combination packages. We do not take more than four hunters for a particular species at a time, so we can ensure plenty of space and individual attention. We always ensure at least 4,000 acres are available for each mule deer hunter with similar amounts for all species.
Most hunters stay in a comfortable, modern five-bedroom house at the Triple Creek headquarters. We also have a four-bedroom house in the town of Elk Mountain. Excellent home-cooked meals are prepared and served to the hunters.
Spot and stalk hunting with vehicle access and hiking is our primary method of hunting, but stands and still hunting are also used on some hunts.
Above all else, Triple Creek Hunts specializes in quality adventures with individual attention.
Triple Creek Hunts is under permit of the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and is an equal opportunity provider. Our Wyoming license number is BG-133.
We are a no-smoking operation.
